CESAER publishes additional amendments to help shape a strong and workable FP10

CESAER has published additional proposed amendments to FP10, complementing the joint amendments package agreed with partner organisations. Building on shared priorities, these proposals bring in the specific expertise of universities of science and technology to help ensure that the future programme is both ambitious and workable in practice.

CESAER has published additional proposed amendments to FP10, complementing the joint amendments package developed with partner organisations and published on 1 December 2025. 

While fully aligned with the common approach, these amendments go further on a number of technical and implementation issues of particular importance to universities of science and technology.

They reflect CESAER’s added value in the process: bringing the experience of our Members into more detailed legal and operational proposals to help ensure that FP10 is not only ambitious in principle, but also effective in practice.

Together, the joint amendments and CESAER’s additional proposals offer a complementary contribution to shaping a strong, coherent and workable future programme for research and innovation.
