In a Research Professional News article published on 5 March, Andrii Shysholin, Vice Rector of International Relations at the Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute argues that Europe should design FP10 and security-related funding around project-level rules, not institutional labels.

As Europe designs FP10 and related instruments, learning from institutions at the forefront already operating across civilian and dual-use domains will strengthen both excellence and resilience in Europe’s research and innovation system.
