Our association, the International Sustainable Campus Network (ISCN), Science Europe and the University of Strathclyde today launched a call for collective global action to tackle climate change at COP26 in Glasgow.
Our association has joined forces with 24 European research and innovation stakeholders to sign an open letter to Ursula von der Leyen (President of the European Commission) urging the speedy association of the UK to Horizon Europe.
On 14 October, the conference hosted a broad range of speakers representing academia, public policy, industry, and student bodies who gave an engaging series of talks that truly put universities’ mission to meet critical challenges into perspective and provided vital insights for the future. The video of the full conference is now available to watch online.
The project aims to foster a process of cultural change towards more gender equity, trigger an intensive university-wide examination of and reflection about the topic of equal opportunities and, in the long run, raise the fraction of women at all career levels.
