A key theme for our Task Force Learning & Teaching is to explore the engineer of the future in terms of advancing our understanding on how universities of Science and Technology (S&T) can provide future-proof groundbreaking engineering education, including aspects linking of Social Sciences and Humanities (SSH) with STEM in engineering education.
In acknowledgement of our association and its Members previous efforts on this topic – such as on Key Technologies Shaping the Future and on S&T education for twenty-first century Europe – we are delighted to join the International Advisory Board for the upcoming Transforming Engineering Education (TEE 2023) conference from 21 to 23 June 2023 organised jointly by MIT, Harvard University and Aalborg University.
We are pleased to share the call for papers which is now open, with the deadline for abstract submission on1 August 2022. The call for papers is for an IEEE Transactions on Education special issue on Transforming Engineering Education.
